Hopefully it will bring a smile as it reminds you of a special memory of your own. Maybe it will make you laugh as you discover how really bad I am at hunting on occasion; which for the record makes success that much sweeter. Of course I hope it makes you feel good that you are not alone or at least you didn’t do something as stupid to which I just admitted to. Mostly I hope you look forward to reading it. I hope it pushes you into the field to share the adventure with someone you care about.
When I started this 4 years ago I hoped to put a story or two up for people to read. Lucky for me there are few more than two. What that means I was able to get out and hunt and it was worth mentioning.
This is not an experts hunting tips type of writing. It is a regular guy looking forward to time afield with friends and family, making memories. After all, I think that is why we all hunt. It is about the journey not the destination. At times you will see we are Tagged Out, Bagged Out or At Our Limit. Sometimes it is the limit of exasperation but that usually leads into a pretty fun story. Sometimes we even fill our tags and even rarer we fill our bag limit and have to stop.
